At SEKI, we are committed to providing high-quality products that perform reliably in even the most demanding water sports conditions. Our products are backed by a 12-month manufacturers limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty guarantees that our products are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and proper maintenance. It applies to:

  • Earplugs
  • Apparel
  • Other water sporting products

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear:
Expected wear and deterioration over time, including fading, discolouration, or scratches.

Damage Due to Misuse:
Improper handling, unauthorised alterations, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Environmental Damage and Exposure to:
Lack of Maintenance: Failure to clean, rinse, or dry the product after use in salt water, chlorine, or other potentially corrosive environments.

How to Care for Your Product

To ensure the longevity of your product and maintain warranty coverage, please follow these guidelines:

Rinse After Use:
Always rinse products thoroughly with fresh water after use in salt or chlorinated water.

Dry Properly:
Allow the product to air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight.

Store Safely:
Keep products stored in a cool, dry place away from harsh UV exposure and excessive heat.

Inspect Regularly:
Check for signs of wear or damage and address any issues promptly.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty:

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

If approved, return the product for evaluation. Shipping fees may apply.

If the product is determined to be defective, SEKI will repair or replace it at no cost. In cases where the product is no longer available, a comparable item or store credit may be offered.

Additional Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
