Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@sekiwatersports.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
