Shipping Policy
Processing Time - all orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates - shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because we ship internationally from New Zealand, international orders start at a minimum of 2 pairs. This helps keep shipping efficient and fair for customers.
Delivery Times - vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International deliveries - typically take 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking - if your shipment includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Some international orders cannot be tracked all the way to the final destination.
